Gold Group Management is a group of public companies focused on discovering, exploring, and developing precious and base metals projects in the world’s key mineral regions with environmental protection, social responsibility and innovation integral to all operations and relationships.

Led by Simon Ridgway, companies under Gold Group Management have made several significant gold and silver discoveries and completed the successful sale of deposits in North America and Central America, including the Cerro Blanco deposit in Guatemala (Bluestone Resources), Natividad deposit in Nicaragua (Calibre Mining Corp), the San Martin deposit in Honduras (Glamis Gold), and the San Jose deposit in Mexico (Fortuna Silver Mines). Simon Ridgway also co-founded Fortuna Silver Mines (TSX-V: FVI) (NYSE: FSM).

Rackla Metals (TSX-V: RAK) – Gold exploration with projects located in the eastern Yukon and western Northwest Territories, Canada. As part of a significant 2024 drill program, the Company will be testing Reduced Intrusion-Related Gold System (RIRGS) mineralization at the Hit and Peak targets located in the Company’s Astro Plutonic Complex.

Radius Gold (TSX-V: RDU) – Gold and silver exploration with compelling projects in Mexico and Guatemala. This includes the Plata Verde silver project, with first drilling commenced in June 2024, fully funded by Mexican silver major, Fresnillo plc. Radius has also completed over 23,000m of drilling at its Amalia project’s three major vein structures (Amalia, California, El Cuervo) through an agreement with Pan American Silver Corp. In Guatemala, Radius has an Option Agreement for a 60/40 earn-in with Volcanic Gold Mines Inc. and includes the Motagua Norte project and the Holly project.

Volcanic Gold (TSX-V: VG) – Gold and silver exploration with assets located in eastern Guatemala. Includes Holly Project and the Motagua Norte project through an Option Agreement with Radius Gold. Volcanic is actively looking for new projects, with a focus on discovering multi-million ounce gold resources in underexplored countries.

Electrum Discovery Corp. (TSX-V: ELY) – Copper-gold exploration and development company focussed on the prolific Western Tethyan Belt with activities in the Republic of Serbia. The current focus of the Company is the copper-gold Timok East Project adjacent to the Bor Mining Complex in southeast Serbia.
